Baoding Mancheng Lixin Paper Factory is located in Baoding Mancheng Paper Industrial Zone. Founded in 1991, it has a history of more than 30 years. It is a professional manufacturer of medium and high-end household paper integrating R&D, production and sales. The factory is located in Baoding, China. It uses 100% virgin pulp and is committed to producing high-quality paper products to ensure excellent softness and durability.

Our factory mainly uses imported wood pulp as raw material to produce Parent Jumbo Roll. Parent Jumbo Roll can be processed into various high- and medium-end toilet paper rolls, tissues, napkins, embossed rolls, embossed tissues, etc., which are deeply trusted by customers.

The factory was renamed Baoding Lixin Paper Co., Ltd. in 2019. After more than ten years of entrepreneurship, it has developed into an area of 20,000 square meters, with 2 3500 high-speed papermaking machines, more than 100 employees, and an annual output of 31,000 tons. It is a papermaking enterprise approved by the Chinese state.

In 2025, in order to better serve the international market, the company established a subsidiary, Baoding Jinqianhui Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., which is responsible for all export-related business. Lixin Paper focuses on manufacturing, while Jinqianhui is responsible for product sales, logistics and global distribution.
